Multi-image embossing
Nautilus has perfected an advanced multi layered embossing process by which
a layered image can be created at a single pass that is viewed from a variety of angles with the appropriate lens. Each image can by different, but reside in the
same spatial area on the paper or board. This highly complex design leads our
vigorous development program that is constantly “moving the goalposts” on
would-be counterfeiters.
Variable Data Printing
Invisible sequential numbering or batch coding on high-speed production lines
utilising the latest inkjet technology. This has been the result of a 6 month development program with XAAR. Xaar’s patented multi-pulse greyscale (variable drop size) technology enables our partners to deliver photographic-quality images to meet high-precision printing applications.
Anti Copy Paper
To complement Nautilus embossed papers, Nautilus is pleased to announce the creation of an advanced anti-copy paper that will create a void message when photocopied on a wide range of commercial photocopying machines. Combined with existing anti-counterfeit papers this creates an exciting new anti-copy/anti-counterfeit product.
Invisible variable data for passport and ID card systems. A program of development with Card Solutions Group enables the production of high security invisible holographic images either printed or embossed onto ID cards.
